Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset
This is the talk that started it all for me. I break down growth vs fixed mindset and why the way you talk to yourself after a failure matters way more than the failure itself.
Ex-Nordnet. Co-founder of Ernest Labs & Public Speaker fired up aboutgrowth mindset, collaboration, building with AI

So here's the thing. I just left my software engineering gig at Nordnet to co-found Ernest Labs with two incredible people. We're building AI that lets anyone generate a fully operational business from a single sentence. Payments, booking, CRM, the whole thing. I understood maybe 40% of the vision when I said yes, and honestly? That's exactly why I had to do it.
I also still get on stage whenever I can, talking about growth mindset, psychological safety, collaboration, and lately how AI is changing everything about how we build stuff. There's nothing like watching a room full of people go from "yeah right" to "wait, maybe I could do that too."
Basically I'm an engineer who can't stop building things, can't stop learning, and definitely can't stop talking about it. If that sounds like your kind of energy, let's connect!
My path hasn't been a straight line. It's a continuous loop of learning, failing, and teaching.
KTH
Started studying software engineering at KTH. Had no idea what I was getting into but I showed up every day and figured it out. That's kind of been the pattern ever since.
Nordnet & Beyond
Started my journey as a public speaker! Growth mindset, collaboration, psychological safety, turns out I had a lot to say.
I write about the stuff I'm learning. Sometimes it's useful. Always it's honest.

Me and a friend made a skit about what happens when you actually stop and rethink something you were sure about. It's silly. We had way too much fun making it.
This book hit me at the right time. I tried to explain why without spoiling it. If you've been putting off reading it, this is your sign.
