So here's the thing. I've left Nordnet, and I'm now full-time on Webnation, a company I co-founded with three close friends. We started out hand-coding websites, and we're turning it into a tech company that builds whatever our clients actually need.
I also still get on stage whenever I can, talking about growth mindset, psychological safety, collaboration, and lately how AI is changing everything about how we build stuff. There's nothing like watching a room full of people go from "yeah right" to "wait, maybe I could do that too."
