Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jonas Hulthén (jonashulthen.com),
provided by Wang Hulthén AB. By accessing the service you agree to be bound by
these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of
others, or attempt to breach the security of the system. We may suspend
accounts that violate this section without notice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any
time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the
current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by
law.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and upstream provider incidents may affect availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wang Hulthén AB's aggregate liability is
limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding
the claim.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service at our discretion,
including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the
service ceases immediately.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Stockholm, Sweden. Disputes will be
resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
